At Lakeside Family Chiropractic, we treat you like one of the family. You’ll receive a smile and a warm welcome when you walk through the door. Make yourself comfortable, we won’t keep you waiting long.

Before your first visit, our staff will email you the new patient paperwork. Please complete and return online as soon as possible.

After ensuring all paperwork is completed, our staff will bring you to an examination room. Dr. Miller will introduce herself, and ask about the complaint that brought you into the office. She’ll discuss the circumstances of the issue to get any relevant information.

Next, she’ll compile a detailed health history for you, and then proceed to the physical examination, chiropractic tests and scans. We use INSiGHT™ technology, which allows us to obtain a complete picture of your neurologic function.

If the results of the tests warrant, you’ll receive your first adjustment today.

When You Return

On the second visit, very soon after the first, you’ll receive your report of findings. Dr. Miller will tell you what she’s found, what needs to be done to correct the condition, how often you need to come for adjustment, an estimate of how long it will take to correct, and how much it will cost.

Your health care is always your decision. If you choose to continue with care, our staff will schedule your next appointments. The first two visits will each take between 30-45 minutes to complete.

Financials

Lakeside Family Chiropractic accepts cash, check, credit/debt cards and HSA cards. Upon request, we will provide you with the documentation necessary to claim reimbursement from your insurance provider. The process typically only requires you to forward the electric detailed billing receipt that we provide on to your insurance provider. Many of our patients inform us that they receive reimbursement within a week or two. Please note that reimbursement is contingent on your health insurance’s policies, and we are not in-network with any health insurances or enrolled in any government health programs.
